Further to cases reported by the Member states about choking and chemical risks presented by “Bucky Balls” products placed in GCC market, it is required by the economic operators to ensure all products, and particularly magnetic toys, comply with the warnings requirements of the GSO technical regulation for Children Toys (BD131704-01) as per Article (11), and particularly its paragraphs (4) and (6), as well as Annex III.

Therefore all products, and particularly magnetic toys, shall contain and bear the right labelling according to the requirements mentioned above.
